Building Better Government for Alberta—Together
Practical ideas. Responsible choices. Real results. These priorities are grounded in one simple test:
Will this improve the lives of Albertans?
Albertans deserve to know not only what we propose, but why it matters, how it will work, what it will cost, and how we will know it is delivering results.

Priority Areas
Make Life More Affordable and Keep Taxes Low
We will:
- Keep provincial taxes low and reject unnecessary tax increases.
- Deliver a responsible path to balanced budgets with clear debt-management targets.
- Reduce waste, duplication, political spending, and unnecessary consultant costs.
- Stop shifting provincial costs onto municipalities, families, and essential services.
Outcome: Lower pressure on household budgets, protected services, and more money left in Albertans’ pockets.
Deliver Better Healthcare Outcomes
We will:
- Reduce surgery and emergency wait times and strengthen access to primary care.
- Improve rural and remote healthcare with reliable local access and practical workforce solutions.
- Recruit and retain frontline workers, and invest in prevention, mental health, and better coordination.
- Publish clear performance measures so Albertans can see whether access and outcomes are improving.
Outcome: Faster access, better outcomes, stronger rural care, and a public system Albertans can rely on.
Grow Jobs, Investment, and Alberta’s Diverse Economy
We will:
- Support responsible development of oil, natural gas, petrochemicals, renewables, and emerging energy technologies.
- Grow agriculture, forestry, technology, manufacturing, tourism, and other value-added industries.
- Provide stable rules, efficient approvals, reliable power, and respect for property rights.
- Expand market access, trade infrastructure, innovation, and economic partnerships.
Outcome: More good jobs, stronger communities, reliable and affordable energy, and long-term prosperity across Alberta.
Strengthen Education and Opportunity
We will:
- Support students, parents, educators, and high standards for academic achievement.
- Address class size, classroom complexity, and school capacity in fast-growing communities.
- Build practical curriculum focused on literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and life skills.
- Strengthen trades, skills training, post-secondary education, and pathways into Alberta jobs.
Outcome: Stronger learning, more opportunity, and graduates ready to build their future in Alberta.
Restore Trust and Respect in Government
We will:
- Introduce an Accountability and Transparency Act.
- Publicly disclose major contracts, appointments, spending decisions, and the business cases behind major initiatives.
- Strengthen oversight, ethics enforcement, whistleblower protection, and rules for gifts and expenses.
- Focus government on practical results instead of costly political distractions.
Outcome: Open, responsible government that earns trust and puts Albertans first.
Build Strong, Respectful Communities
We will:
- Build stable, respectful partnerships with municipalities.
- Improve fairness, accessibility, and respectful service across Alberta.
- Strengthen Indigenous partnerships, honour Treaty commitments, and make consultation meaningful.
- Engage Albertans openly, report back clearly, and show how their input shaped decisions.
Outcome: Stronger communities, local solutions, and renewed confidence in public institutions.
