With summer festivals in full swing, Honourable Peter Guthrie, Leader of the Tory Party and MLA for Airdrie-Cochrane, has flipped pancakes, shaken hands, and enjoyed the company of Albertans from around the province. Guthrie is taking the opportunity to introduce the Progressive Tory Party of Alberta to Albertans and the response has been enthusiastic.

“People are telling me they’ve felt they no longer have a political home. They are eager to have a fiscally conservative, socially progressive place to put their vote. Bottom line is people are tired of the chaotic, costly and inconsistent decisions we’re seeing. People are relieved to learn there’s a future for Alberta with an ethical government making evidence-based decisions.”
